Probate Lawyers in Vicksburg

From legal documents to appearances in court proceedings, Grossman Horne & Cannizzaro, PC has probate lawyers in Vicksburg to give legal counsel and representation for a variety of probate law situations.  Each probate case and each family dynamic is unique.   It’s a bit unnerving to serve as a Personal Representative, Trustee, Agent (under a Durable Power of Attorney), Patient Advocate or Funeral Representative.   What do each of those titles mean?  And what responsibilities do each of them have?  We recognize that you may need guidance.   Our team understands that navigating the probate arena can be intimidating; we work to provide counsel and simplify the process.  We assist with:

  • Decedent estates
  • Trust administration
  • Approval of settlements for minors
  • Name changes
