Mitchell Moldovan is a native of Vicksburg, Michigan and
is proud to return to serve his hometown through the offices
of Grossman & Moldovan, PLLC.
Mitch has been a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan
for over eight (8) years. Mitch's practice areas include family
law, criminal defense, civil litigation and probate and estate
planning matters.
Mitch is licensed to practice in trial courts throughout the
state as well as the United States District Court for the
Western District of Michigan. His cases require regular court
appearances in Circuit, District, and Probate Courts in
Kalamazoo, Van Buren, St. Joseph, Calhoun and Cass
Counties.
During his undergraduate tenure, Mitch served as a White
House intern for Vice President Al Gore. While in law
school, Mitch served as a member of the Student Board of
Governors and was a member of the Student Trial Advocacy
Program.
Upon graduation, Mitch served as the judicial legal clerk for
Cass County Circuit Court Judge Michael E. Dodge. In that
capacity, Mitch gained valuable insight into the litigation
process and the "dos and do nots" of state court
practice.Following his clerkship, Mitch spent nearly five (5)
years workingfor a general practice firm in Dowagiac,
Michigan. This allowed Mitch ample opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in the practice areas listed above while
providing high quality legal service to his clients.
In July 2008, Mitch returned to his hometown of Vicksburg
to start his own practice along with law partner, Brett
Grossman. Mitch's commitment to the values found in this
small town are indeed complimented by his practical and
extensive legal experience.
