Brett Grossman has been a licensed attorney in the State of
Michigan for over eight (8) years. His practice areas include
civil litigation, land use/real estate, construction law and debt
collection and estate planning.
During his law school tenure, Brett served on the Student
Board of Governors and acted as Senior Advisor to the law
school’s Moot Court Program. He was also a board member
of the Free Legal Aid Clinic.
Brett is licensed to practice in trial courts throughout the
State as well as the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Michigan. His cases routinely take him to
the Circuit, District, and Probate Courts in Kalamazoo, Van
Buren, St. Joseph, Calhoun and Cass Counties.
Prior to moving to the Vicksburg area, Brett was employed
by large law firms in Lansing and Farmington Hills, Michigan.
While this employment allowed him to gain a diverse
experience in these practice areas, he gained an appreciation
for "small town" practice while working in Dowagiac,
Michigan since the summer of 2006.
Armed with this experience, in July 2008 Brett along with
his law partner, Mitch Moldovan, collaborated on their mutual
desire to open an easily accessible and wide ranging
community-based law office in Vicksburg, Michigan. The
partners of Grossman & Moldovan, P.L.L.C. are truly
committed to providing "large firm" results with the attention
and accessibility found in a small-town office.
